Well we have had a busy week. I have been looking forward to many thing since finding out that we were having a baby. Both of those things have happened since we brought Mick home. The first one is jammie time. I dont know what it is but I think babies, and kids for that matter, are just so cute in their little jammies. The second is bath time. I love our little naked baby all wrapped up in a towel. I do think that I liked it more than he did since he cried through most of it, but he just looks so cute and cuddlie.

Now this next photo takes some explaining. I dont know if I am more proud of Mick or me! Last night was the first night that Mick slept in his crib and mommy and daddy slept in their room. I dont know if it is too early for us to do that or too late and I dont really care because I feel it was a good time for us. But last night I was a big girl and let him sleep all by himself. And guess what, he did a great job.

He's so cute! I'm glad that the transition to his own room went well. Good on you for following your mommy intuition for whatever works best for you and yours.
ReplyDeleteOMG, you're making me cry. Owen had those little "car jams" when he was three months. Aw, it goes by so stinkin' fast! We put him in his crib at 5 weeks, felt like the right time. I think he slept better to because every little wiggle he made I kept putting the binky in his mouth. Why was I doing that? Oh yes, so I could sleep *just a little longer* before feeding again...
